All service providers listed on Aidexo operate independently.

Service providers are solely responsible for:

  • Qualifications

  • Licences

  • Insurance

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Business practices

  • Compliance with applicable laws

  • Information published on their profiles

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for conducting their own checks before engaging a service provider.

Customers should independently verify:

  • Experience

  • Qualifications

  • Insurance

  • References

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Suitability for the required work

Aidexo does not verify, endorse, recommend, inspect, supervise, or guarantee any service provider listed on the platform.

4. No Sponsored Listings

Aidexo aims to provide fair visibility for service providers.

Aidexo does not currently offer sponsored listings or paid ranking positions.

Service providers are displayed using the platform's chosen display methods and organisational systems, including alphabetical listings and category-based organisation where applicable.

5. Accuracy of Information

Service providers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Aidexo is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Aidexo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information published by third parties.

6. Reviews and User Content

Users are responsible for any reviews, comments, ratings, photographs, or other content they submit.

Aidexo reserves the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

Fake reviews, manipulated ratings, impersonation, and misleading content are prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Aidexo is not responsible for:

  • Pricing disputes

  • Delays

  • Availability

  • Financial loss

  • Business loss

  • Losses arising from agreements between customers and service providers

Users engage service providers at their own discretion and risk.

9. Platform Availability

Aidexo may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features of the platform at any time without liability.

Aidexo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or its services.

10. Intellectual Property

All Aidexo branding, logos, website content, graphics, and platform materials remain the property of Aidexo unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without prior written permission from Aidexo.

11. Account Suspension and Removal
